I have to start out by saying I'm a newbie and have never done this process before. With that being said I messaged the seller before even placing a order. And he always replied to my questions and he never made me feel like I was bothering him with any questions I had. Now he did take my horrible description of what I was leaning towards ( mind you I'm not even quite sure what I wanted haha) and I think only two minimal fixes and boom perfect. So overall professional, friendly, great communication, pretty quick processing time. 100% would come back.
