This service seems very hit or miss. The have a lot of designers working for them, clearly some better than others. My artist was ok, but the concepts I received back were not what I asked for at all. In the end I had to walk them through exactly what I wanted, come up with my own idea and ask them to make the same changes more than once. That said I did get the logo I wanted as my final product. The people I was in contact with were polite, helpful fast and in contact regularly. I feel like I got my money's worth and would probably give them another go. Just make sure you come into it with a completely worked out idea.

Great communication however I was assigned to a "designer", however I was asked a few questions and I said they have total creative freedom, but gave two rough ideas. I got three basic versions of a logo with the two rough ideas I made back, in minimal time. There was nothing unique, not conveying a message, not incorporating a symbol of what I am about with a letter, the three "F's" in a line, in a circle. I suggested incorporating something cretaive like a paintbrush, and they added a brush to a bottom of an "F". Overall, felt like a bit of a rushed job, I'd rather pay more and have someone create one awesome concept.

I had asked friends for help and tried to make my own logo. terrible idea. could not create something that I would want to represent my myself or my business for years to come on my own. I reached out with very little idea of what I wanted and got a logo better than I had ever imagined!!!

Look, we got a satisfactory outcome in the end after the seller completely ignored my initial instructions and really didn't have his head in the game at all. The designs were uninspiring and wrong files were presented for the delivery. I rarely leave negative reviews but felt in this case the seller didn't have the control over his product at all.

At first the designs that I received were poor quality and looked clip art images thrown together with some text. After letting them know this, they supplied logo designs that looked like they actually put some thought into them. I was looking more for logo ideas that I could expand upon, and this is what I ended up with. I will say they had very fast service and feedback.
